Pharmacy and Medicines Management

There are pharmacy dispensaries at three hospitals within the Trust. These dispense medicines to patients for use on the wards and to take home (TTO) when they are discharged from hospital. They also dispense medicines for outpatients.

Pharmacies

The dispensary is in the corridor from the main entrance on Level 2 of the 911��.

Churchill

The dispensary is by the East Entrance of the Churchill Hospital (Car Park 4). You do not have to go in to the main building.

Cancer Satellite Pharmacy

This dispensary is for oncology and haematology patients seen within the Cancer and Haematology Centre. Other patients should attend the main dispensary (above).

The Cancer Satellite Pharmacy is on Level 0 of the Cancer and Haematology Centre at the Churchill Hospital in the same corridor as Radiotherapy, Day Treatment Unit and Cancer Outpatient departments.

The entrance to the Surgery and Diagnostics building is now the main entrance to the Churchill Hospital: to get to the Cancer and Haematology Centre go into the main entrance, walk on past the feature staircase on your right and take a left turn after the lifts.

Continue along the corridor to find the Pharmacy next to the lifts.

Horton General Hospital

The dispensary is located by the Oxford Road entrance of the Horton General Hospital. Enter through the Outpatient entrance sliding doors and turn right; it is a short distance along on the right hand side.
